Midwestern State University (MSU Texas) offers a Bachelor of Arts in English.

English students at MSU Texas explore everything from Anglophone and world literature, composition and rhetoric, technical writing, critical theory, cultural studies, and creative writing. 

Students explore how to write, how to reach people with different needs, from on-line shoppers to C.E.O.’s, from legislators to literary critics, from police officers to poets. Students will also explore what is written, recognizing that every story is a virtual reality. Each expresses its author's view of how the real world works, and by entering the created world students are able to learn real-life lessons about heroism, passion, jealousy, temptation, triumph, defeat, rebellion, acceptance, and love.
