The course is specifically created to help draw out students' passions and interests across the field of dance within the arts and creative industries. This may be dance science, dance education, choreography, dance writing, and so many more. Students will gain an in-depth knowledge of dance practice alongside transferable skills that will allow them to pursue diverse career avenues in the creative fields. It’s a highly individual course with the freedom to tailor the final year’s contents to the students interests, strengths, and passions.

The course offers two distinct exit awards in Choreography and Dance Science.

The course promotes students' comprehensive knowledge of dance practices and the contemporary, historical and diverse cultural contexts in which it is practiced and produced.
