Program Description

This course aims to develop landscape architects who are skilled designers and have a sound understanding of large-scale landscape projects. Students who enjoy geography, politics, economics, or history will appreciate the scope and challenge of this course.

Students will learn about urban design theory, planning and practice, and will acquire a better understanding of the context in which design takes place and the wider implications of their design proposals.

Accreditation allows graduates to pursue their professional qualification in landscape architecture and become a licentiate Member of the Landscape Institute, ready to start their Pathway to Chartership and become a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
