Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) - Law (with Chinese Law) (M1M5) at The University of Sheffield: Tuition Fee: £20,000.00 GBP / Year (Scholarship Available)
Program Description
This four-year course will give graduates an English LLB degree with a specialism in Chinese law, which is a distinctive area that makes them highly employable. Students don't need to speak or have studied Mandarin before they start: they learn this in their first year.
Students learn about Chinese law, culture and business. They also learn how to advise clients, resolve disputes and conduct legal transactions.
Students spend your third year abroad studying in English at the law faculty of a top law school in China. When returning to The University of Sheffield for their final year, students choose from a wide range of optional modules to complete their studies.
Upon completion, graduates have the skills required by global law firms with clients and bases in China.
This course is recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Bar Standards Board as Qualifying Law Degrees for the purposes of satisfying the academic stage of training.
