Laurier's Bachelor of Music trains musicians of all interests, inspiring future performers, composers, theorists, educators, musicologists and alumni who pursue careers in law, medicine and business. Performing opportunities are endless at Laurier. Each year, you will be placed in one of our ensembles, where you will learn and train under the direction of our talented faculty, performing in the Maureen Forrester Recital Hall. You may wish to take part in our Tuesday student recitals, which showcase our student’s talents each week.

Moreover, each year, guest artists and educators will visit Laurier to lead a masterclass, workshop or lecture and to perform. As a student you will get to work closely with leading Canadian and international artists, giving you a new opportunity to grow and explore your discipline. Recent guests have included Dame Evelyn Glennie, Janina Fialkowska, Anton Kuerti, Tafelmusik, Bob Egan and Raffi Armenian.
