Students can get the perfect start to their degree at De Montfort University with the International Year Zero (IYZ). Students will take an extra year of study at De Montfort University International College in order to complete a degree at DMU. Students who take the IYZ will continue to the 

first year of study of their chosen International Incorporated Bachelor's degree programme at DMU.      

Students will have individual subject tutors who will make sure that they are on track to achieve their study goals. Students will be given feedback both in person and in writing so that they always know how they are doing, and how to improve. Students will also be assessed through regular tests and exams.

Study business theories and models that can be applied right across an organisation, and develop the analytical and critical evaluation skills to understand how national and global issues can affect the performance of a business.
