2-Semester Pathway-International Year One-Engineering-Transfer to Master of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Robotics at University of Sussex International Study Centre : Tuition Fee: £18,500.00 GBP / Year (Scholarship Available)

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In the International Year One programme, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

International Year One in Engineering and Science will let you explore and begin to understand the power of science and engineering in the real world by studying relevant courses such as Programming and Systems Control, Mathematics for Computing and Engineering and Data Analysis and Modelling. While you begin to learn the technical and applied aspects of science and engineering you also are provided with a critical outlook and approach employers want in your chosen field. 

This Master of Engineering (MEng) degree lets you specialise your degree with a range of options and provides you with the educational requirements needed to become a Chartered Engineer. You will develop specific expertise in robotics alongside skills in electrical and electronic engineering; making you employable by various sectors from robot design and development to autonomous cars, robotics, automation, mechatronics, smart systems and renewable energies.

You’ll study in our £12-million Future Technologies Labs, which provides a new space for building robots, programming embedded systems and digital signal processors, as well as state-of-the-art computer design and modelling suites. In particular, you will have access to our flexible manufacturing system, industrial robotic manipulator, humanoid robots, fleet of drones, autonomous vehicles, and a real-time motion monitoring system.
