Our Graduate Pathway programs allow you to begin earning credits toward your degree even if you do not meet the direct entry requirements. The program will help build the academic foundation, essential English language skills that you need to successfully move on to your master’s degree. You’ll receive the highest level of support with dedicated academic advisors throughout your program. If you meet the progression requirements, admissions exams like GRE and GMAT will be waived. Your Pathway program length is determined by your English language scores. You would be able to graduate in two years by studying full time for one or two summer semesters. 

In line with the mission of the University, the MPA program is committed to excellence in graduate education through teaching, research, service, and practice.  The program focuses on building the next generation of global leaders and responsible decision makers by enhancing their intellectual and social capacities through knowledge and skills provided within the framework of public service values embedded in the MPA curriculum. The Master of Public Administration Program prepares individuals for positions of leadership in the public and nonprofit sectors. It is a professional graduate degree for both pre-career students and in-service administrators. The program is designed to develop the insights and skills needed to plan and formulate policy, and to organize, manage, and implement programs and operations. The MPA program is accredited by the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA). Its Board of Advisors consists of internal and external stakeholders comprised of community members, alumni and students.

Admission Requirements

• Minimum Level of Education Required: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree
• Min GPA: 63.0% Convert grades
• English Proficiency Requirements:
  For direct admission, applicant must be from an English speaking country or meet either of the following English test scores:

  • Min TOEFL iBT: 65

  • Min IELTS overall: 5.5

  • Min Duolingo English Test Score: 95

  • Min PTE overall: 44

  For conditional admission, instead of submitting language proficiency test scores, applicants may complete English courses prior to the academic program. The length of the English course is determined based on the applicant's level of English proficiency.
