This program consists of a pathway offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for Kingston University, London followed by entry into a university program offered at Kingston University, London. An International Foundation Year will help you establish the necessary English language abilities, skills and pertinent subject-specific knowledge needed to flourish in your intended academic degree. 

The International Foundation Year is designed specifically to prepare international students for degree-level study at Kingston University, London. Our Business, Management and Law programme will prepare you for a degree in Business, across a range of areas including Business Economics, Accounting, Law and Marketing and Advertising. Many of the progression degrees include work placements and the opportunity to study abroad, for the same fee as a traditional degree. Once you have successfully completed your International Foundation Year and achieved the required progression grades, you will progress to your chosen degree.

Business Economics addresses the external and internal economic factors that affect businesses and the decisions made within and around organisations. This Business Economics BSc (Hons) has a unique pluralistic approach, which presents you with multiple perspectives and a range of economic theories. You will develop an understanding of how businesses operate and their strategic decision making in various market structures. You will examine the nature of competition and the role of a company in contemporary capitalism.

This course focuses on the real-life application of economic knowledge and understanding. You will develop your analytical, numerical, data analysis and problem solving skills. And will establish an ability to deeply understand a problem from a range of theoretical perspectives and go on to suggest and develop numerous possible solutions.

You will graduate from this degree with the knowledge and analytical skills highly valued by employers in both the public and private sectors.
