This program is designed for students who are passionate about science and want to be business leaders. The program combines science with courses in economics, accounting, marketing, law, and entrepreneurship. An innovative curriculum, hands-on workshop courses, and paid co-op work experience ensure that students graduate with the knowledge and skills to succeed in today's marketplace. Students can choose the co-op stream to include 20 months of paid work experience as part of their Bachelor of Science degree. They can choose to focus their studies in first or second year by adding one of the 7 specializations. Armed with both scientific expertise and business training, students can pursue careers in fields as diverse as intellectual property, research and development, high-tech stocks and mutual funds, technical sales, business development, medical research, and patent law.
